I have never seen any adults participate in Stitch Live, the children sit on the floor.

Some of the shows this summer at the Music Festival have audience participation for a handful of children, they dance around a bit.
Moana, Rapunzel, Donald & Daisy and Timon. At Timon's show also a few adults can join in
