My son is dating a girl named Jennifer from Auburn, AL. I think of her when I see one of your posts. Good thoughts!! I have twin boys, one graduated from UGA and is in law school, and the other from Auburn. Talk about "problems" in my family!! hehe

I work at a public HS and cracked up when I saw your post to Rog about his slang talk. I thought the same thing.

Sometimes I wonder if I teach HS or I am a zookeeper. Today, I was just a coach that got smushed 21-0 by my old boss. Very humbling to see what I left and what I have now....

I don't know that I could have dated or married someone that wasn't from Auburn. Since my dad told me I could go anywhere I wanted to college, but he was only paying for me to go to Auburn, there would be problems with me dating or marrying "outside the family...".

Wait till Donnie and Rog see this thread...I am doomed, but it is nice to be thought of...

Auburn and GA have a good rivalry, not like some others. It is a "healthy' rivalry.

Since my money went and still goes to UGA, Auburn has to be my second pick at this time seeing that I live so close to Athens, GA.

Thanks. I did manage to find someone from another state to marry. And, most of all, he isn't my third cousin, or cousin at all for that matter. That is for the Arkansas people!

My pitcher is on out of school suspension, my first baseman broke her finger, my right fielder is at a funeral and my center fielder was puking all afternoon from the dugout to the bathroom. All in all, I think we managed pretty well considering!

Time flies by quickly, seems like just yesterday that was our "excuse" for everything...we are a new school.

We are completing our 8th year now, wow I can't believe that much time has passed.

Seeing what all you have went through, I am glad to say that yes, you all did manage pretty well!!
