Hi
What is the best time to make a reservation for? We are thinking lunchtime to make the most of it for dd3, and will be going midweek, is it best to make a reservation for as soon as it opens? Or do princesses not come out until later?
Thankyou :)

I would recommend for opening. It is quieter and it means you get to see the princesses arrive at the start of your meal.

We have been 3 times, twice for opening, once at 1:15pm. Opening was better both times!

Is there a difference when you book later? We are booked in for early evening. I didn't want to book the lunch as I know my kids won't be that hungry after breakfast.

Dinner service doesn't take place all year, so an evening reservation is totally different anyway. Auberge doesn't open for dinner service before 6 PM if memory serves me correct. At least that was the case last December.

They close between lunch and dinner. So it's a totally new seating cycle.

We went once for dinner and preferred going at lunchtime. Kids were t so tired, it was less busy and the characters were more attentive. We felt very rushed when we went for dinner.

See, we just had the opposite experiences than everyone is describing. I feel later lunch seatings are better because there always was less bookings when we went. Also the last dinner services the place wasn't even half full. Nothing compared to prime lunch time. Characters came back multiple times. Perla stopped by 5 times alone and even was worried when I had to go and use the bathroom - she kept signalling to my friends if I was sick.

YES!!! We went for a 3:30 seating and Cinderella and Prince Charming spent ages talking to our girls that I asked her if her coach was going to turn into a pumpkin!
Aurora and I had a deep conversation about her blue dress (it's my favourite!) and started telling me about her family back home loving it too......of course she meant her Fairies ;-)

I just know that once we've had breakfast no one (apart from DH who could just eat all day) will want to sit down at 12/1 to eat a meal.
Ah well I'll come back and report!!!
