Hi, hope someone can help? Weve booked to go back to disney this november , my 3 year old loves the princesses --- is it worth the money at Auberge , and which princesses do you meet ? - I know the wait at the new pavilion can be very long -- waited for Rapunzel 2 hrs last sept -- so just wondered if best to just do the pavilion ?

thanks

mel

Hi Mel

We went to Auberge for the first time a few weeks ago and seen Cinderella & Prince Charming, Aurora and Snow White. As far as I know though, Cinderella is the only one who is certain to be there, maybe someone will correct me on that though!

It was a lovely place and atmosphere and the princesses were lovely but really not our kind of food so it was a costly way to meet them, although the shareholders discount meant we got one of the kids meals free. The queues for the PP didn't go under 60 minutes the whole time we were there so that's how we went.

I'm not sure if I'd do it again, maybe if we could know in advance which princesses would be there.

we love it here, me and DD then 3 did it for her 3rd birthday in 2010 loved it although agree with the food the children option is burgers n gravy ?? But we didnt go for food and the interaction from princesses was fab, We saw snow white sleeping beauty belle & the beast cinderella and her mice who doted on DD she must of asked them 4 times for their autographs nothing was too much trouble.

Last year we vsiited Cinderellas royal table at MK in WDW Florida and preferred Auberges to CRT, In CRT I felt rushed.

I couldn't decide should we do it when we were over the end of may decided against it as it alot of money to meet just 3 princess. We Qued in the pavilion every day between 30-60mins, dd2 was desperate to meet rapunzel which we never did (she was distraught). We going bac in Feb and I've decide were going to do it and hope to meet rapunzel in the pavilion the first time we Que well heres hopeing anyway. Ithough i seen somewhere there is salmon on the kids menu as my 2 love it ,think they will enjoy the meal too.

I've been to Auberge on Friday and it was Cinderella, Snow White, Aurora and Prince Philip along with the mice. I saw the cast going in Saturday and Sunday too and it was the same characters.

As for Rapunzel, last weekend her separate meet and greet was on again. I really hope for everyone it stays that way.

The children's meal I saw was pasta with some odd sauce, almost looked like liquid butter to me.

My DDS had the chicken which came with mash and a lovely stock kind of gravy (I know as I had an adults portion of the same as didn't fancy anything else :rolleyes2). They really enjoyed it actually.

Vala - we saw the exact same characters in June - how odd! Just said on your other message re Rapunzel that I think, for the first trip ever, we won't be doing Auberge this time - we just didn't rate it as much as previous trips and DH isn't keen to go back (in addition, we have a short trip booked with shorter park hours so don't want to spend 2 hours or so sitting midday eating a meal). But, it does mean we may have to queue at least once for the PP I suspect :scared:.

Well they certainly didn't get brownie points with me despite the fact that Philip was there and that meant I would have forgiven them almost everything.

But then they served the the Chef's Suggestion as main dish which was some fish I couldn't pronounce. And that was after I asked about it, told the waiter I was allergic to fish and I would rather have the veal instead. :rolleyes2 Also the adult dessert has changed. You only get one thing now, some sort of chocolate mousse. It's still the same size of one of the three items you got before though.
