I saw on another forum, and I am sure it has been mentioned here, that to get the 12pm booking at Auberge you have to make the reservation with your booking and pay in advance.

So I have hotel package booked through DLP, can I make a 12pm booking by calling and adding it to my holiday? And would I get Shareholders discount?

Thanks

If you've added it to your package you normally choose the time and date when you do that I thought? You don't then need to make an ADR for it. Did they ask you what time you wanted when you rang to book?

No idea about shareholders discount.

I haven't added it yet, was wondering if I could! Sorry, that was my crap wording! xx

Sorry hun, no, my crap understanding. I've had a very long day. Phone the booking line and they will sort you out. :goodvibes

I know that feeling. Got home just as Rosebug was getting tucked up in bed tonight. At least I have peace now as DH is watching the football!

Thanks, will get DH to phone booking line tomorrow! :thumbsup2

At busy times they do reserve the 12:00 noon slots for those with vouchers, I tried to book that time for my October trip and had to settle for a 1pm instead.

A friend staying at the DLH had the same problem when he went a few months ago, each time he called the reservations line they told him the same.

But concierge at the DLH got him a 12 noon slot when he arrived. So if you have no luck booking a 12 noon slot, book what ever time they have free and then try at your concierge desk when you check in.

With regards to the Shareholders discount, I have only had it there if paid by cash / or charged to my room. We tried once with the vouchers and it was refused, but then asked if we used just one meal plan voucher and paid the rest in cash would we get it and they said yes.
