Attractions that don't open right at rope drop?

I was wondering what attractions at each of the parks don't open right away at park opening? So far all I can think of is Tom Sawyer Island not opening till 11, and then most of the World showcase except Norway not till 11. What else am I missing?

Oh, also what attractions close before park closing?

I believe the Kiliminjaro Safari doesn't always start at opening, depending on the opening time. Not 100% sure, but I know we RDed it and ended up first in a line up that waited for half an hour.

Merida doesn't start meeting in MK until 9:15. We have went to meet her a rope drop but knew we would have to wait.

That is not typical for KS. Of course delays can happen with any ride, but KS is usually running right at park open. I've been on the first truck out.

Good to know. The family was not happy with me for getting them up, then rushing after RD to a line up. lol. It was about 3 years ago and someone told me that it was because the park opened at 8, but the animals weren't ready (or CMs weren't ready?) to go out until 8:30. Things may have changed or I just may have been unlucky.

Normally, Buzz is open at rope drop... regular hours and AM EMH.

I sure hope so. We have our FP time tomorrow and planned on doing this at RD to avoid the crush at other attractions with our young grandchildren.

Just FYI, the Buzz Lightyear that showed as 10:15am on the Times Guide last week (which is 10am on the Times Guides this week) was the charachter meet in Tomorrowland, not the ride Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin.

World Showcase at Epcot doesnt open until 11 except Norway.

At Enchanted Tales with Belle, they will wait until there is a sufficient crowd in line before letting folks into the attraction. So, if you rope drop it and your group of four are the only ones in line (as happened to us one morning), you still might end up waiting.
