Attractions+ Information?

Not sure if this is the correct site, but does anyone have any information regarding the new Attractions+ card? Can it be purchased at WDW or does it need to be pre ordered? Is it attached to anything? We used PhotoPass+ last October, but there were a few rides we didn't get to so we are hoping the new Attractions+ card is available for our upcoming trip in May

I'm sure you have the answer to your question now but, we just returned and I wanted to let you know about our experience. We bought our card at buzz lightyear our first night. It was I believe $44.95 plus tax. We got a lot of use out of ours and it was very easy to use. All the rides that have pics to buy had the card available for purchase.
