Attraction Tickets Direct getting sloppy!

Ordered 5 day disneyland hopper tickets last week. Had a phone call on saturday from their rep stating that they hadn't received enough tickets and would be receiving more this thursday (ie. tomorrow). Had e-mail yesterday to say my tickets had been dispatched :confused3
Today they arrived and to my shock - they'd sent southern california city passes :scared1:
I've just had to e-mail them to tell them they've sent the wrong tickets! - awaiting a response :rolleyes1
Anyone else ever received the wrong tickets with this company. What happened?
 
As ATD are on our popluar sellers list I for one will be very interested to see how they deal with your issues, and if anyone else is also experiencing problems please let us know.
 
I just received my WDW and Universal tix the other day from them and was very happy with their service. Hope they get it sorted for u asap.
 

Here's the update.

Was telephoned by one of their reps in the evening the same day I e-mailed. I was told that my tickets would be posted out the following day (thursday) and would be received today (friday) and as a gesture of goodwill will refund £15 back to my card. They also asked if I could return the incorrect tickets via recorded delivery (which I'll have to pay the return cost)

I have received the correct tickets today, but not yet the refund.
