I'm planning my disneymoon, and making a list of the things i'll be getting. One of the things will be the pictures taken for some rides and at character dinners. Does anyone know what attractions, and restaurants offer the pictures, and how much they cost? I need to add this to my budget.

We got pics at Chef Mickey's and at 'Ohana breakfast (the kind where they take your pictures at a backdrop before you go in). You had the option to buy them. It was 2 5 x 7's, a keychain with the picture in it, and a magnet with the picture in it. I believe they were $23-$26 per package.

I know that one package price for the ride photos is 2 5 x 7's for $19.95 plus tax--my friend and I always split this one.

Have a magical disneymoon!!! :wizard:

Attractions - Rock n Roller Coaster
Dinosaur
Splash Mountain
Buzz Lightyear
Tower of Terror

Restaurants - Chef Mickey
Hoop Dee Doo Revue

These are the ones that I remember. The ones that you buy off the attractions come in a couple different sizes but I think the basic size is either 5x7 or 8x10 and between $15 and $20. They also make them in poster sizes but I'm not sure how much those are.

Thanks to both of you for your reply. Is really helpfull for me to know this in advance.

EE has an onride photo just as you drop out of the mountain. Test Track also has one just as you head out of the building for the backlot loop.

Thanks for posting. Good to know all this. Lot of pictures! And future DH was telling me to only add like $50 for pictures.

The poster they can make of your ride picture costs $20.00 or $25.00...I can't remember which. We got one from Dinosaur in AK.

Beware though...they laminate it & if we'd known that, we would have asked them not to.

When is your Disneymoon? I ask that because I just read in Deb's "All Ears" newsletter that Disney is testing out the photopass on rides starting with Test Track in EPCOT. It is hoped that by the end of the year that it will available on all the rides with pictures.

I've been waiting for this since they started Photopass. We spend $150-$200 on pictures each visit, mostly rides, and now the $90 for the Photopass CD is worth it.

Get the photopass and load it up, I think you can take 300 pictures per card and purchase the card for $100.

We had beautiful pictures taken after dinner...there was a photographer outside CP the sky was midway to dark and the castle was behind us all lit up...perfect!
