ATTN: Low carbers in the Indianapolis area!

I'm from northern Indiana, but spent the day at a drs. appt and shopping in Indy today.

There are 2 low-carb Marketplaces in Indy! They are AWESOME! One is located in Avon and the one I went to was on 96th street between SR131 and Allisonville Road. (Since I'm not from Indy I can't be any more specific than that!)

Anyway, they had about 15 product out that you could sample, frozen and refrigerated sections, baked goods, candy, salty snacks...the soy pretzels are great! as are the soy tortilla chips!

Sounds like a great place to buy low carb!! Nothing like being able to sample it before you buy it!! Too bad I don't live anywhere near Indy!!

I'm 15 minutes from the one on 96th Street. Luckily, I don't go that way too often or I would eat all the samples, plus it is a little expensive. I've had a few misses there, but mostly I have found yummy things. I especially like their brownies in the refrigerated section! Do you have Marsh by you? I am finding more and more things there for Low Carb. They now have a complete section devoted to Low Carb at the Marsh by me. Also, the next time you are in town, look for Puccini's to eat lunch or dinner. There are about 5 in Indy. They have three meals devoted to Atkins. (They are normally a pizza/pasta place.) I think they are all pretty good.
