I was wondering... is there any way to report to WDW exceptional guest service. So many times on my trip last year we received such wonderful treatment by Cast Members and I wanted some way to make sure they got credit for that. You know, getting positive reviews can lead to raises, promotions, etc. and I think it is just as important to report positive praise for individuals as it is to report constructive criticism.

Anyhow, who do I write to to let them know how wonderful a certain CM or group of CMs was?

We had exceptional service from a CM whilst in the MK last October. We went to City Hall and they took all the details and promised us that the CMs supervisor would be informed.

I did the same thing, I went to City Hall and filled out a form, which was copied and sent to the CM as well as their supervisor. There are also comment cards you can ask for at the restaraunts and at the Guest Relations kiosks in the parks. I am at work now, but I believe I have an address at home where you can write and give feedback about your experience.

thank you. that would be great to get that address to send positive feedback to. i will also look for feedback forms in the parks.
this is very helpful.

i just always feel like when someone does something exceptional they should be credited with it.

You can always email Guest Relations and it'll get to the right people. I've done it in the past and it works :)
