I wanted to add 1 more thing. 
I am a sales associate. I want to sell you stuff. Why then when I tell you we are out of an item do you think I am lying? I had a woman yell at me because she set something down, and couldn't find it again. We did not have anymore of that item, but after looking in the stockroom (even though I knew there was nothing back there) and telling her sorry, that was the last one, she looked at me and accused me of lying to her! What am I supposed to do, make her one?
