ATTN AUGUST code watchers room discount

CM I got just told me its August 15- September 25th, that seems to be the room discount.
Disney visa today everyone else later in the week!!

edit: on hold now, got my email confirmation for August 18th booking there is NO deal on it. I am fuming. No dining plan, no free dining, no room discount nothing. I think that CM just flat out lied to me. Booked and everything. On hold now.

Other posters are stating those dates are for a room only discount and not FD.

Nope those dates aren't correct. The CM I got this morning said the same thing and I had him double check and he confirmed it's just 9/2-9/25.

Dates for Room Only Discount and associated package offer are 8/15 - 9/28.

I booked starting 8/18 All Stars but havn't gotten my email copy yet. I'm getting concerned its should have come thru in a few minutes. If I dont get it soon I'm calling back in.

Got email confirmation NO promotion at all on it, I'm on hold now. Looks like I got completely wrong infomation. And I gave that girl a good survey too at the end of the call!!

Can someone clarify the code for me? I got my Disney Visa Card email offering FD in September. I know that there was a RO discount in August but it was earlier than i wanted. Is there now a discount for the last two weeks of August? So confused!!!!!

I just called disney, cm said that free dining is being offered for my dates of Sept 22-28, but I have to call on Thursday being I am not a disney visa card holder.

Thanks for that link! Now is this room discount offered if just booking a room and not a package? I would like to buy my park tickets thru Orbitz or Undercover Tourist for the discount; but want to make sure I will get that room discount w/o buying the pkg.

You can book either room only or a package, but the tickets are not discounted when you get a package (only the room portion is discounted).
