Sorry if this has been talked about before, but wanted to share....

I'm not a huge Tinkerbell fan, but at the Disney Days of Christmas store at Downtown Disney, they have a beautiful fiber optic Tinkerbell tree topper. She is beautiful! Her wings light up and change from pink, gold, green, blue, red, and some other colors. While it's a little expensive ($40), it's still well worth it. Our entire tree is almost nothing but Disney ornaments this year! :)

And while I don't know how to post a picture of it, someone is selling one on eBay at this link:

The disney store online has it for $28.99, plus there is a 10% discount out there, plus free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Did anyone else see this warning? I was going to order it for my daughter...after reading that I don't think so... :(

Wow....are you serious? I did not see that at all anywhere on the box.

Oh well....at least it's high up on the tree!! :)

Now I feel silly for buying it at full retail :) Oh well, it's still beautiful :) I actually bought it quite a while ago, too!

Doesn't California label almost everything like that? lol. Not to be obnoxious or anything, but I wonder what it is that caused them to slap that label on the tree topper. I remember reading somewhere that they go a little overboard on the cancer labeling.

It's a tree topper, not a toy that is something that is constantly handled (although if I had kids in the house I wouldn't want anything causing cancer near them, even if they weren't touching it).

It's cute but we'll stick with ::MickeyMo for our topper:earsboy:

I liked the tree topper but hope to find it on sale after xmas. I did buy the stocking holder and it is being shipped to me. It is beautiful, I found an auction on ebay with a picture.

Janette, I saw that same stocking holder at Disney Days of Christmas a few weekends ago. There's a stocking that matches it at well.

We have a Winnie the Pooh stocking for my daughter (red stocking, plush WTP head and hands holding it), a Sorceror Mickey stocking for my boyfriend (Mickey holding the blue cap as the stocking) and a green Tigger embrodered stocking for me nailed onto the wall next to the tree :)

I was shopping for Christmas lights the other day and every box has that warning, so it's not just that topper...

Thanks for the pics! I am a crazed Tink collector. I have the old version, looks just the same, but no fiber optic wings. No need to take her out at Christmas, she hangs on my dining room light year-round.

In California they have to label anything with lead in it. If you look at the Disney catalog you will always see that warning with the stained glass lamps. My guess is there is lead in the wiring of Tinkerbell. What they are warning you against, you already have in your house.
