Attire for Trattoria character meal

We are going Friday night for the character dinner at PBR. I was just wondering if anyone had been to it and could tell me what type of attire people wear to it. It sounds like a nice restaurant, and on a Friday night sometimes people go to dinner more dressy. However, with it being a vacation restaurant mostly, and the expectation on lots of kids, I thought that maybe attire is more casual. My hubby wants to wear jeans and a button down shirt. Would this be appropriate. I have a feeling it's fine, but don't want to get there and have him feel out of place.

There are very few restaurants with a dress code at the parks. Even those simply are no sleeveless shirts for men.
