Please be advised that Continental should now be lowing fares to rock bottem since I just gave in and purchased my tickets for Feb. at an atrocious price. Just wanted to let people know since I fully expect for the price to now drop like a stone.

LOL!! I hear you!! Seriously, if the fare for your flight decreases anytime between now and your trip call Continental and have them issue you a voucher for the difference in fares. Just have them check to see that you qualify for the new fare rules.

Their fares have been crazy. We checked a couple of weeks ago for airfare from Newark, NJ to Sarasota Florida and back from Orlando for next august and the rates were like $600 per person. We checked last week and we got them for $224.00 I checked again this week and they are up again to $700 per person and our flights have already changed.
