Hi, Rae. Just popped onto the boards for the first time in months (been VERY busy) and what an exciting note to see. I'm so glad you're still doing such a wonderful job of being the DCL den mother. Hope you are doing well . . . now tell me . . . should I get on changing our current reservation to April 16, 2005???

Well, lookie-lookie-lookie! Northernmouse - how are you?!!!!!
How are the papillions? Shirley Nelson-Brown has one also!!!!

We are cruising April of 2004 - not 2005. The 2005 one is for Alaska - and you are soooo close to there, would you consider coming with us??

I'd sure like to have our May 03 cruisers with us - they were the best group to sail with!!!

Remember Jynx - well, we sold her and she had a sorrel (red) filly this week! Mare and foal are doing well. The foal has a white blaze and four white socks! And no, I don't miss the Mare from Hades at all!!!

We have three "sons" now - and doing very well with them, geldings are so much better!!

Okay, back to the Wine-0-cruise - some of us still catch up with eachother on different threads. My other sons, the flesh and blood ones, Jason and Travis are doing well. I keep hoping that we can cruise on 9/4 to San Juan with them.

By the way, the Barnards are doing very well and Olivia is going to be as lovely as Franceska!!

Hi, Rae -- yes, Victoria is on the way to Alaska, and there is a lot of cruise traffic stopping at the port now. So you never know, even if we can't come on the cruise, let me know which ship you're on, because Victoria may be a port of call and I'd love to be a personal tour guide.

We're becoming true 'west coasters'-- David and I will FINALLY be living together again after 4 months. He'll move permanently on December 19th. It's been a long haul!!

The three Paps are doing great -- we found a wonderful house right on the edge of a great forested park, 20 minutes to work and just a few minutes walk to the ocean. The dogs love romping along the beach.

And we managed to find a really great deal on a 25' sailboat -- an excellent little red boat -- so looks like we'll get to do our own cruising regularly. Hard to believe how it all came together only days after stepping off the Magic last May. Then again, maybe it's the Magic we have to thank.

Don't know if we can pull off a cruise this April . . . but I'm learning to never say never.

San Juan with Travis and Jason, hmmm?? That's September, right? Now, that might be an option!
