Hi! I am Pooh sized and have read a lot of good things about the Baggalini Messenger bag being a good bag for Pooh sized people to carry in the parks.
Well, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to post a picture of yourself wearing your Baggalini Messenger. There are not any stores in my area so I cannot easily "try" one on, so would like to have some idea what to expect before I make a purchase online! Thanks in advance to anyone that responds! :goodvibes

I'm no skinny Minnie and I wear it pretty comfortably. However, I always take it off for pictures at WDW so no pics of me with it but my DH carried it during MNSSHP with no issue. He's 6'2 and about 250.

I keep leaning toward the baggallini messanger as well. I love the idea of being able to slide it to my front to access it, instead of a backpack that I have to keep taking on and off.

I'm in Ontario, Canada (east of GTA) and have not been able locate a store yet that sells them.. :confused3 I would rather try it before purchasing online. Not only that - I'm not sure where online I could purchase one that will ship to Canada! So many websites that refuse to ship to Canada.

Thanks everyone for responding! I appreciate the pictures! :goodvibes
DaniB, I was looking on ebay, and a lot of people have them new on there with buy it now option, am not sure about shipping to Canada though, just a thought! :confused3 Maybe both of us will get lucky in finding a store before our trips!! :)

Hey Blessed!

There's another link where I found this:

"I just ordered the baggalini for $24.70 love to get a deal. It was on sale for $37 then i used code SAVE10 to save $10 and then i registered with the website to get an additional 10% off....also, free shipping both ways."

The above was from this thread link:

(post 1203 dated March 13th)

I checked it out last night. The baggallinis are still on sale, I also registered, and tried the code - and my price came down to $24.70 as well. I don't know how long they are on sale for though. I'm hoping I can order one this week.

And they ship to Canada! Not for free though but I could not figure out the cost.

Can anyone here answer these question?

Can someone explain what the difference is between "ripstop nylon" and "crinkle nylon" please?

If someone has purchased the "lime" - is it close close to the picture posted on their website? It's not my idea of the color lime looks like.

DANIB great question...I too would like to know the difference between the ripstop and the crinkle. Anyone?:confused3

Applemomma answered this for me on a different thread. Here's what she wrote:

From the Baggallini site:

Ripstop
Ripstop is a backed nylon, parachute style fabric; it has a subtle, tone on tone ¼” woven grid pattern – that stops rips. Ripstop has a similar look and feel to the nylon used to make windbreaker jackets and tents. Available in 10 bright colors, black and two patterns. Durable, lightweight, easily cleaned and water resistant.

Crinkle Nylon
Backed nylon, this fabric has a canvas look with a woven textural quality giving it a “crinkle” effect similar to the natural wrinkling of linen. Crinkle nylon, while still casual, is a more sophisticated fashion statement than ripstop nylon. Available in 13 muted, fashion colors. Durable, light weight, water resistant.

I just discovered a store in Peterborough is listed as a reseller. Unfortunately they are also closing. Hopefully though they have some bags that are on clearance ;) I'm going to phone and ask today.

Get the rip stop for Disney. It works really well in those sudden rain storms! We've been at WDW when it's flooded in seconds and nothing has ever gotten wet in my baggallini.

Good to know! Thanks for sharing that!

Lime green is a very flouresent green color. I don't know what's up with the lime that they show on the messenger bag, but if you plug in a lime green hanging cosmetic bag, that is the color that my lime green messenger bag is. I just pulled up my photopass pics from last year, and none with it on...I usually just set it down before having pics taken, so can't help you there!
