Got my hair hi-lited blonde yesterday. It looks a little ashey to me. Will that change and get more golden as i wash it? My natural hair color is brown like a number 5/6. She did heavy hi lite with foils and it almost looks frosted . I hope it tones down.

It should soften the look and add a more of the golden tone you want.

I'm not a hairdresser but I know a few.You could use a blue shampoo(can be bought at salons and hair suppy stores)Just using that type of shampoo can tone it down.But looking at the pic it doesn't look bad to me...
