ATTENTION DISIGNERS! NEED HELP PLEASE!

I have a challange for any creative DISigner out there willing to get a little creative. I am going to a NKOTB (New Kids On The Block) concert next month. (My favorite band when I was growing up.) I wanted to wear a special t-shirt to the concert. (It will also be my birthday!) I would like the shirt to say I (heart) Boston Boys and at the bottom say the letters NKOTB with the bands pictures inside the letters. Is anyone up to the challange? Please help me? Thank you so very much in advance. (I know this all sounds al ittle corney)
