ATTENTION: Board Down Time Tonight

And now an important message from your Webmaster:

The boards will be coming down at 9pm eastern time tonite 6/12 in order to allow Verio to update the driver for our SAN and perform some database maintanence. They will be shut down for 5-6 hours.

Please don't ask, I have no idea what all this means. As far as I can figure using the letters SAN when talking about board downtime just means Super Annoying News . And I hope that Verio can get us Mario Andretti for our Driver cause things have been sloooooow lately.

So you all know the drill-- it has been several months since we had one of these so turn around in your chair and let your family see what the FRONT of your head looks like. Get a good night's sleep and come back refreshed in the morning. But get your coffee first--'cause often these things run overtime and you don't want to find out we are still down without at least a full cup in you.

Keep in mind this is a scheduled Drill. If this were an actual emergency we would have given you further instructions. . .
