Attention Beverly Lynn! I need your advice.

Hi, it's your old Teva buddy here. I need your advice! Due to today's tragic events, I am unsure as to whether we will have a flight out of PIT this Friday (Sept 14th). What is your opinion on this? Do you think things will be okay by then with air travel, or am I out of luck?

Just called US Air reservations, but of course they wouldn't give me much of an opinion either way. They are waiving cancellation penalties for the next few days as long as you fly out with 7 days of your original date. (No penalty and no change in fare as long as you are still in the same class of seat.) So, I guess if I can't fly out this Friday I can still go next Friday.

BTW, I called WDW a little while ago and made a second set of ressies at the All Star Sports (using the same $49 code I used several months ago), for the following week, Sept 21-30. I kept my original ressies of course. That way if I can't get a flight out this week I will be okay for next week.

So, what's your opinion on this? How much of a chance do I have in flying out at 8:00 on Friday morning?

Thanks Beverly! I will make a choice by tomorrow evening (Thursday) whether or not I will try to fly out Friday morning. If not, I will probably rescedule for next Friday, or possibly in December. I gotta talk to DH first. Thanks a million!
