Attempting to Gather + Verify Entire History of Detailed Dues Data

<font face="times" size="+0">okay, i attempted to gather some of this data a while back. thanks to those members who responded to that thread. i'm still missing a lot of data, so i was wondering if any of you could be so kind as to look it up in either 1) your old Annual Dues Statements or 2) your Condo Meeting Notices or 3) your Resort POS for me? the Annual Dues Statements will have the best data, but i don't know how many people actually keep any of these documents around...

there might be some confusion with the Vero dues, so let's try to work that out. i believe prior to 2002, VB(sub) was for people who purchased before 4/1/1998. and then beginning 2002, VB(sub) is only for people who pruchased before 1/1/1996.

2003 Actual taxes - interesting differences. You show 0.8035. For my 230 point OKW contract it shows 0.8033, but for my 100 point OKW contract it shows 0.8034. It appears actual taxes on a per/point basis must vary slightly, or just have rounding differences based on the number of points.

As Caskbill already pointed out the 2003 OKW Actual Property Tax seems to vary from statement to statement. My data shows 0.8034. The same seems to happens for 2000 where my data for OKW Actual Property Tax shows 0.6941. All other data you have is consistent with my Annual Dues Statements. Thanks for compiling this information.

i've updated the original 2000 - 2004 tables, plus i added the rest of the years all the way through 1991.

btw, i did notice the slight difference in the Actual taxes. i had $0.8035 for my OKW (100 pts), so it looks like there is some rounding differences. i just changed the table to use $0.8034 since it's in the middle.

also, just an FYI: i believe you will only have the accurate "Property Tax - Actual" figure if you owned that resort for the entire year. there seems to be some kind of tax subsidy for people who purchase in the middle of the year? that is why for the first year each resort opened, i put "N/A" under that row, because no one could possibly own that resort for the full year the first year, so we'll never know what the real figure is.</font>

for VWL, we're still missing the entire history except for 2003.

HHI is missing data 2002 and earlier.

VB is almost complete, we're just missing a few numbers from 2003, 2001, 1998, and 1995.

BWV we're missing numbers 1998 and earlier.

OKW we're missing numbers 1994 and earlier.</font>
