Having trouble with the website not taking my code from the top of the voucher. I am using an adult voucher. Whats the problem? Anyone have any helpful tips?

It's a bit tricky with how you enter the numbers. Should be more straight forward. I always have to play around with it. Can't see the screen now, cause my AP is already entered.
Sometimes when I get a new AP and try to enter it, I have to phone for help. Ridiculous that they make it so hard.

I'm having the same problem. I am going to call tech support when I have the time. My rooms are already booked with the ap discount, but I would like to check out the ap site.

Just upgraded my Premium DL AP to a Premier Pass and I was having difficulty entering the last four digits (as there are five numbers on the card) but I figured they wanted me to omit the second number in the string.

On card:
1 2345

Requested numbers:
#...###

Numbers to enter:
1345

Also, They are currently doing maintenance on the webpage and can only search packages not room only booking options.

I called tech support. Leave out the 2 numbers after the tr or whatever code is on your ticket. I don't know how the heck they expect people figure this out.

Thanks everyone. Haven't had a chance to try again. Started a new job this week and finishing my 30 notice for my other job. Super busy. I hope to finish up the planning for vaca in the next week. I so will ahve earned this one by the time it gets here.
