Attachments

I just joined and was wondering why I can not post attachments?

I read this at the bottom of the pages under "posting rules". It says "You may not post attachments".

You post pictures as image links rather than attachments. You need at least 10 posts in order to post links. I think the attachment option is disabled permanently.
