ATT upgrade advantage

I've never done that exact program, but I do sign on every 2 years and upgrade my phone for free when I sign a new 2 year contract. It should say you are eligible for an upgrade right next to your phone when you sign in to your account if you are up for renewal. The fee if you have to cancel before your 2 years is up is I think the cost of the phone, and it goes down so much every month in to the contract....we've been with them for years, so for us it's just an easy upgrade.

It all sounded really good until you read the fine print at the bottom and see that no discounts are available to iPhone users. BAH! We account for the majority of ATT's business, they charge us the most each month, and then don't let us have access to the same discounts as the rest of the subscribers. so not right.

I saw the iphone thing but I thought that would only apply to the iphone part of the bill if not then it is no good for me.

We to have been with ATT for years it is the best service in our area, and also take advantage of the upgrade of phone but not every two years only when needed. DS and I are the techies DH could care less.

I plan on upgrading to the iphone as soon as one of our contracts expires in Nov.

DS19 has an iphone on my account and his charges are the exact same as mine with my blackberry.
