Atrium Club question!

Hi all, how soon after booking or before your stay does the staff on the club level contact you via e-mail? I can't seem to remember and we booked our trip in October. We are not due to vacation again until next year but the trip is PIF and I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything!

The IPO of old is gone. You will not be contacted. There is supposed to be something new put in place for 2017, but who knows when it it will come to be. You are on your own with making reservations until you arrive. The cast members who work in the lounge area are not the same ones that worked IPO anyway. Good luck!

We love Atrium Club BTW... just seeing posts about it brings back such great memories!
