ATMs

I know there are ATMs everywhere near WDW. Around here we have one major convenience store chain and one major bank that have ATMs at no charge - if your bank imposes a fee of course that another story.

Are there any banks or merchants in the WDW area that offer free withdrawals?

no ATM's will do this.

but you can go to a grocery store (Publix) or Walmart - use your Debit card to pay for something and take cash out then.

would also talk to your bank (or whoever you have the debit card with) - and see what they say.

Most Publix stores have a no fee ATM, no purchase neccesary.
