ATMs on Ship?

I was wondering if there are ATMS on the ship. We will be getting paid while cruising and was wondering if we'll be able to have access to our accounts. Will DCL cash a check? Are there are fees/limits?

From what I've read, there is NO ATM on the ship. I called DCL last night to ask about their check-cashing policies (we're trying to determine how much cash to bring with us!) and this is what I was told: They will cash a check for up to $100. for each passenger. (I'm assuming they mean each adult passenger). The checks cannot be "starter" checks, they have to have the passenger's name printed on them. So for 2 adults, you'd be able to get a total of $200. in cash from Guest Services on the ship. I don't believe they charge a fee for this. I Hope this helps!

Wow, that's not much, $200. I'm assuming that doesn't doesn't include any checks you might write to pay your on board balance.

They also cash travelers checks. I don't know if there is a limit on how much they will do. I'm sure that we didn't cash over $200 while on board.

Also curious for travelers checks limit. We would like to cash some in on shore days. I know on Carnival they told us their limit was $10,000!!! I told them I think I'll be able to stay under that
