ATM Question

I hope I am in the right forum to ask this but I cant find a answer anywhere else.My husband has stocks thru work and his work goes through ETrade.He has money on a card (credit card) with stock money on it.His card says ETrade but it has a Visa logo on it but also has a plus symbol on it that says you can only use it somewhere that accepts the visa with the plus symbol.....the symbol is 3 triangles with the firth being the p in the word plus hope that helps....What I need to know is does the atms,reosrts,parks,food anything at Disney have that....Hope someone can help me out on here before I call Disney

As long as it has a VISA logo then he can use it as a credit/debit card (without a pin number) anywhere that accepts VISA cards. The Plus network is for ATM access. If he wants to use it like an ATM card (with a pin number) then he can do so at ATM's and POS terminals that use the Plus network. Be careful of ATM fees here, though. Often both the company that runs the ATM and as his bank (E-Trade) will charge fees for ATM usage.
