Atlantis Doplhin Cay-anyone ever do this?

I see that Atlantis has a dolphin encounter-1-"shallow water" and the other "deep water" swim. Has anyone ever done this? is it worth it? I was quoted $105 for shallow and $158 for deep. Also, is there enough time to do this and Aquaventure day (we got a room at CS-not thru DCL).
