Atlantis Aquaventure Excursion..LOCKERS Available?

We have booked the relatively new Atlantis Aquaventure Excursion, which is the DIG tour, all pools and beaches, plus all waterslides and the new water park located at the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island.

I know prior to the construction of the water park there were no locker rentals available at Atlantis. Has anyone done this excursion or does anyone happen to know if there are lockers or anywhere to store valuables available? I want to bring my camera along, but I want to go on the waterslides too!

I'm not sure about the lockers...you could called Atalantis directly and I'm sure they could tell you. Not sure how many people you have in your party...but, I wanted to let you know that it may be less expensive for you if you just book at room at Atlantis or across the street at the other hotel (Comfort Inn maybe?) rather than paying for the excursion through Disney. We were also going to book this excursion...it was going to cost $415 for the 3 of us. I ended up getting a special rate through Travel Zoo for a room at Atlantis for only $129 with access to everything at the resort (pools, beach, Dig, Aquaventure water park, etc). That offer is no longer available, but I'm pretty sure that their cheapest room is still less expensive than paying for everyone to go on the excursion. Just a thought! Have fun, whatever you decide!

We did this excursion in August. Yes Atlantis has lockers for rent. There were three sizes small ($5.00) Medium ($7.00) and Large ($10.00). They also give you towels for use while there.

I've thought about the booking the room thing, but we didn't want to bother with check in and taxi over and back...It is WAY cheaper than through Disney, though.... I'm thinking if we just *HAVE* to go back and do it again, we'll go that route!

Does anyone know if you can access the lockers multiple times throughout the day? Not sure how to ask, but you know how some lockers your rental is over once you open it: is the rental like that?

Just be aware that the lockers (and most everything else at Atlantis) is credit card only. There have been a couple of threads about that on cruise critic where people did not know and were not able to get lockers because they did not carry their cards.

You can open and close the lockers multiple times throughout your rental.
