***Atlanta DIS meet is tomorrow***

It's almost here! We will be meeting at the Golden Corral restaurant on Barrett Pkwy. in Kennesaw, GA on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 1:00 pm. Please join us if you can! PM me if you need directions. I am really looking forward to making new friends and seeing old ones again.

Also, some of us will be making the trip up to Buford after the meet to see the Lion King on IMAX at the Mall of Georgia, so let me know if you're interested in that too.

Have fun! I was just in Buford last weekend-my 9 yr.old DD and I LOVE the Mall of Georgia! The Lion King on Imax is fantastic-not to be missed.We spent the night at the local Country Inn and Suites and had a blast. I think I will take her and one of her friends back during Spring Break next month.

I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone! I probably won't be able to go up to see Lion King though, as much as I'd like to. DS has a playoff basketball game in the morning, and his school is playing in a state playoff game in the evening that we promised to drive to.

Hmmmm Lion King with a bunch of fellow Disney lovers or a basketball game with a group of 14 and 15 year old boys??? Sounds like an easier choice than it really is. LOL!!

I just got a call from Princess Michelle. They're through Atlanta and almost here.

Let's see. It's only 10 hours and 54 minutes from my house to the Golden Corral. If I leave at 2AM and only stop 6 minutes for gas and bio break, I can be there by 1PM tomorrow.

Only one problem. DW Sue doesn't like my plan. Seems that she's planned all sorts of activities this weekend.

But I was thinking about it.

Van is filled with gas, Disney DVD's are packed to help pass time on the drive, and cameras are loaded with film and memory cards - we'll be leaving bright and early in the morning! Looking forward to seeing everyone!
