I'M ABOUT TO LEAVE ON MY DISNEY VACATION AND I WANT TO STICK WITH MY ATKINS DIET AT LEAST TO SOME DEGREE. CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF AT CROSSROADS OR ANY OTHER GROCERY STORE IN THE AREA THEY SELL ATKINS PRODUCTS MAINLY THE SHAKES?

when I get to disney in a week or so - I am leaving atkins at home - I mean... I have lost like 25 pounds in 5 weeks... and I am going to PIG OUT... thats what vacation with my daughter and GF is all about for me... every unhealthy thin I get my hands on.hahahah I have gone from 207 to 182... I want to hit 175...so hey I will go back to atkins when I get home

Have lost 34lbs in 8 weeks. I am off the atkins till I get back. Enjoy your vacation and start the atkins when you get back. Slowly start to add carbs a couple of days before you leave so your bocy does not get all the carbs at once and enjoy. DIsney is not a place you want to fo on a diet.
