Seems her %s are where they should be:
Fat 66%, Carbs 4% and Protein 31%

However, are you suppose to watch how many calories you eat? A few days her calories have been in the 2000 - yesterday was 2300

The program doesn't rely on calorie counting, but apparently relies on the satiety value of the food, specifically of fat and protein, to depress appetite consistently enough that fewer calories are consumed.

It looks O.K. to me.

I am by no means an expet on Atkins, but this is what I have learned so far.

At first, I thought that carbs. was the only thing that I needed to watch. Then I learned that fats must also be a priority over protein in order to lose weight.

And then, for some people very high calories may come into play. Atkins says that you can eat all the approved food, but it is not a license to overeat. I believe that Atkins feels at first you may eat a lot of calories of approved foods and condiments until you no longer feel the desire to eat a much, which lowers your calories automatically.

As far as the amount of fat, if after following the induction period and more; and if you are able to do without certain medications that affect Atkin's weight loss; and you still don't lose weight or inches. Atkin's suggests the Fast Fast with 4 to 5 days of up to 90% fat meals and a limit of 1000 calories over 5 small meals during the day.

This is something that I am considering to jump start my weight loss after four weeks on Atkins.

God bless you, best wishes and encouragement, RaySharpton:)

I've always been curious about the fat fast, Ray, you will have to tell us how it goes, if you try it.

Barb, is pajamatam still following induction? Atkins says not to worry about calories during the first two weeks. Once you get into ketosis then your appetite goes away and you just won't eat as much.

We never count calories and continue to lose.
