Atkins* Brand Brownie Mix

Just wanted to let any who might be doing Atkins know this VERY important information. The Atkins Brownie Mix I bought at Meijers a few weeks ago is....well....downright YUMMY!!!! For 9 carbs (yes, that's a lot...but if you're really missing chocolate and aren't on Induction, it is better than the carbs in a "real" brownie) you get a moist, yummy brownie that is VERY VERY close to the real thing. In fact, I served one to my husband and he just said "mmmmm", didn't even notice it wasn't the usual Betty Crocker mix!

So if you're desperate for chocolate and can spare 9 carbs...go for it. You won't regret it!!

Great info to have, Terry. No fiber? I love getting to subtract that fiber.

Yep, Kath...9 is the total after the fiber has been subtracted. I LOVE subtracting that, too and do it automatically now...should have put that in my post. Oops!!
