This was difficult for me after I developed an egg allergy. I loved deviled eggs, omelets, scrambled eggs. after I could no longer eat eggs, we would eat bacon or sausage. I also developed a taste for the Atkins breakfast bars.
I really enjoy an egg in the morning. I've also tried low-carb cereals with hood milk - they're okay. There is a new Atkins "best of 2005 recipes" out and they've expanded the b'fast section....I got my copy at the grocery store.
