Our trip isn't until December. We are flying Delta. They change often especially when you book so far in advance. So, I was wondering when we call Disney to have Magical Express added?

Make your DME reservation now. Don't worry about flights changing, the most important thing is that you get a DME reservation. As long as flights are the same day as you've originally told them, it really won't make a practical difference as far as your DME reservation (unless the flight ends up scheduled to arrive very late at night). If times change, you can simply call them. But if I were you I'd just make the reservation ASAP.
