I believe it's 3 and under, so anytime before the 4th birthday. But double check that for sure.

Yes. If he turns 3 on the trip, he is free for the entire trip...but if he turns 3 before the trip, a ticket is required, as is the dining plan if you purchase that.

No, once they have their 3rd birthday you pay for them. Unless the trip starts before their birthday, then they are considered 2 for the whole trip

I believe that's up to the fairy godmother but pretty sure it's at midnight.

In my experience it's 12... but I'm hoping she turns back into human around 17.
