My sister faxed me a sheet showing she can get 4-5 or 6 day passes at 12% off. it also says for Ford and GM employee also. might want to check with your employers.

Do you have any more info on that? My husband is a Ford employee; and the last time he checked he didn't find anything (but, he is a man you know .;)

Any info you could pass along to give him a shove in the right direction would help. Or, I can give you my fax number if you are willing to share it.

Thanks,
Trudy

the web site on the bottm of the page is //hrweb.empsvcs.att.com/hrintra/empsvcs/empinfo/pguide/comp/24/24d/dclub.html

hope this helps. I tried going to the website but it doesn't work might have to go on from a company computer. I will ask my sister.

there is a #800-654-6347 and it says reference corporate chapter #30406. but it says it is for the disney club.

I talked to my sister she said you have to be on the company computer to get on the website. Sorry:(

My parents work at Eastman Kodak and just got news that they get a 12% discount off tickets too.

They can buy up to 20 per year.

Does anyone know if there is someplace you can contact at Disney to find this out? I work for Verizon Communications. We are larger than AT&T, so I'm wondering if we have a ticket program too. Problem is, with a company this big, we never find out about discounts unless it's by accident. Example, a couple of years ago I stopped by a local theatre to buy tickets for a live show. I went right after work, and had forgotten to take my employee id off. I was getting ready to buy the tickets for full price, until the lady selling them noticed my employee id and proceeded to inform me that we got buy 1 get 1 free tickets! Turns out Verizon had made a major donation to the theatre, so that's why we got the discount. I would hate it if I could get a discount on Disney tickets and didn't know about it. Any suggestions?

They don't "advertise" these types of discounts. I suspect that Kodak and AT&T offer discounts because of their partnership with Disney. If Verizon does not have a similar relationship, there may not be a discount (other than maybe a reduced price DC card). But if Verizon does have some sort of sponsorship or partnership with Disney, then try to find a phone number or contact point in corporate marketing, PR, advertising, vendor relationships, whatever. For example, AT&T actually has an office, lounge and conference space INSIDE the Spaceship Earth ball. I can't wait to see the facility in August!

Wish they would give discounts again since they are the officail phone company again

Hmmm....wonder if Honda employees get a discount?

My husband works at GM & gets 12% off Park Tickets also, there are lots of Ticket options as well. Also, fast pass tickets for Test Track.

GM employees login to Socrates & view Marketplace.

another VERIZON family....would love to know of any discounts we could get

1) In this case, size does not matter.
2) AT&T, Kodak, GM have sponsorship deals with Disney.
3) Thus, they get preferred rates.
4) This goes for most of the WDW sponsors of which I am aware.

NOTE: Verizon does give significant discounts to WDW employees, but that is
a one-way purchase deal and not a sponsorship. Especially, since WDW
just signed a long-term deal with AT&T for networks and cell phones.

Help me with this, could you please? the only thing I see via IBM is tickets at work - is this what you see as well? Not an internal site?

We used this for our last trip in August. Yes it was through tickets at work.

I was once given this info (on this board) on behalf of my dad, a retired IBMer:

I think it does work for IBM retirees. I found this in a Google search:

www.ibm.com/ibm/ibmclub

I went through the process and selected IBM retiree, and got the link to the http://tickets.disney.go.com website with the 12% discount. I hope it works for you.

I would assume it works for non-retirees also.

My brother works at AT&T and yes, there is still a discount. I don't know the specifics but there is a website and log it to access.
