AT&T cell phones....

I got the older version of the iPhone and it was only $99. DH and I both got one and we love them.

I have never loved an object as much as I love my iphone.

There are rumors that Verizon will be getting the iPhone later this year when their contract with AT&T is up.

I hope so because I want an iPhone, but AT&T will NEVER get my business!

Are you having issues with Verizon? Just curious!!

I have the Motorola Karma. Very hapy with it. I didnt want to add another $30 a month to my bill with the iphone

No...no problems, just trying to consolidate and get all three of us with the same company. I have Verizon and he has At&t, so, we are trying to see what the best way to go would be.

verizon has better coverage in my area. The only reason i switched to AT&T is for the Iphone.

Which phone to get from AT&T? NONE!
I know this wasn't the question, but AT&T will never get my business again.

I made the mistake of switching to them approximately 2 months ago. Service was TERRIBLE. Every single day I dropped at least one call. That was a first for me! Then I get this HUGE bill and they were extremely rude (telephone customer service). When I asked for an extension until they could explain the HUGE bill she rudely told me NO and that my service wasn't guaranteed past our telephone call!!!!

I switched to Zerizon and love them!

Verizon wins hands down on coverage area and overall availability of higher speed data, AT&T wins in their 3G markets with speed and the fact they're GSM (although many phones on Verizon's network offer GSM too).

iPhone is phenominal. More like a tiny computer that happens to be able to make phone calls, too - but you'll use it more for everything else than for the phone. It is my carry around camera, grocery list, video camera, yellow pages, GPS system, iPod, internet radio (Pandora app is awesome!), and video game machine. Oh, and once or twice a day I make a phone call, haha.

If you live in an area AT&T is strong in there are no problems with them.

I also adore my iPhone, probably more than is normal or healthy, and I am perfectly fine with that. AT&T service is flawless where I live and has been (so far) everywhere I've traveled (including the entire drive from here to Orlando, as well as drives from here to Nashville and then from Nashville to Houston. On the drive home from Houston, there was about a 10-minute stretch in rural Mississippi where I didn't have service, but I can live with that.)

I've had an AT&T phone since 2002. I've never had a problem with service or rep help. And a 20% discount through Disney.

I've always been partial to nokia phones... generally they were always the free ones. And I'm more used to the way their phones work. Right now I use a nokia E71x. I'm mostly on it for internet and texting. But I used the GPS program today and thought it was really good, I also like the XM radio but I don't want to pay for it right now. Just the keyboard is made for small fingers, I'm constantly hitting more than one letter at a time, but I couldn't imagine a guy with big hands trying to use it. And it's also free with contract (new or renewal).

Pretty much now, any smartphone you get with any company requires a 30$ data package.
