At Poly view differences?

I have stayed at almost all the CL hotels but somehow we never stayed at the Poly before. Planning on staying 2 or 3 nights at the end of Feb. and when looking at the room descriptions I can't figure out the difference between lagoon view and theme park view. We have stayed at the GF a couple of times and often walked over to the Poly so I know the location of the Hawaii building that houses the CL but just would love someone to explain the different views. The difference is that Theme Park View has an unobstructed view of the castle while lagoon view rooms have on obstructed view such as a tree in the way, too low to see past the bungalows etc. In some cases the view can be very obstructed. To see the best view of the castle, the fireworks and the lagoon itself TPV is the best choice.
