At my 180 days and can't reserve online???

Safari is the web browser that comes standard on the iPad. It's a blue icon. I'm sure your DH or the girls can show you where it is :)
 
Yesterday marked the 180 day mark for our trip; I tried making ADR's for the 3rd night of our trip and the website kept saying "we are unable to check times at this time". So I called Disney and the cast member told me that I would need to wait until the 21st to make the resevations. I told her I didn't understand because we are at the 180 day mark now (even says so on my reservtions page of their website) and with the 180+10 I should be able to do it. She apologized and just said that the system was throwing back an error to her that it wasn't within the time frame yet. It seems like it's not just an error on their website that we use, but also there are some glitches on their end as well. I just tried online again and I still received the same message.
 
Just a heads up....I found the site to be VERY VERY slow on my laptop but if I used my android tablet it was lightening fast. I used the My Disney Experience app
 
Yep, I am having the same problem, whether I try from my (Windows) laptop in Firefox or Chrome, or my iPhone with the app or Safari. I made a resort reservation last night, after getting home at 1AM from my late flight... and was too tired to call this morning (I kept falling asleep at the computer) so here I sit on hold.

As an aside, the entire hold loop seems to be the Magic Kingdom welcome show, interrupted by an announcement about the Main St. Railroad, and then more welcome show interspersed with an advert for PhotoPass+... over and over and over... I love the show but it's a little much!!! LOL!!!
 

I used my Ipad yesterday and got all my reservations. I had the computer going at the same time and wasn't able to make one reservation on that! Good luck to all of you...
 
Still not working this AM either and unfortunately we don't have an I-Pad. So now I'm on hold to see if they can at least book the character meals for me on the phone.

My iPad didn't work this morning (and believe me - I tried every configuration!), so don't feel bad - I'm on the phone too!
 
Good luck. Seems nothing ever changes when it comes to Disney software. Yesterday I couldn't even log in, now I can log in and everything under my account is now gone. 5 room reservations and over 30 ADRs. The idea of reentering everything again is defeating. Their system is so unreliable. And don't get me started on the DVC website....it no longer recognizes many of us members now.

I'm still on hold, I wonder if the system is even going to let the Disney staff make reservations or not :lmao: At least I work from home and can just put the hold music on speaker phone because it is 27 minutes and counting.

Ugh...I called just at 7:00 and waited about 12 minutes. Start to finish took 49 minutes - and I was able to get everything (13 ADRs) and booked massages as well, so I was happy. The only two times that were later than I wanted were BOG and CM, but I figure I can at least look online for a while to see if a better time opens.

Now I am on hold at tours, but they say I should only be on hold for 12 minutes - it's been almost 5 so far.

Good luck! Hopefully you are through and on the phone now!

Nope still on hold 56 minutes later, do they have like 2 people answering the phones because they think everyone will use the broken website :headache:
 
I am in the same boat and have been on hold for 47 minutes... do I hang up and try again?????:sad2:

I can't believe how long the wait times are! Although I was surprised it took a solid 35-40 minutes to book 12 ADRs (I booked my first online at 6) and a massage. They really need to have more CMs on the phones if they can't get their website working for the 180+10.
 
I just called a few minutes ago, ugh! I only need HDDR. My iPad is only letting me book to the 20th. I hope I don't wait for an hour to find out that's as far out as the go. I need the 22!
 
I waited 57 minutes before i got my agent to help but was able to get almost all of our preferred times and places:thumbsup2 The only exception was for a table for 9 at Ohana - for us all to sit together we had to change our time but tis to be expected I guess. Good luck all!
 
I waited almost and hour to get through. I only had them book the hard to get ADRs, character meals and 50s PT. I asked the person on the phone about the broken website and she said they were told that it should be fixed by the afternoon.
 
I finally got through! We got everything that we wanted but I can't get the reservation to pull on the website. Anyone else having this problem?:confused3

The hold music is the worst now - and I had the phone on speaker and every time the railroad part came on, I jumped for the phone because it sounded like someone was coming on. You'd think I would have realized that by the 5th time!

Yes I had the same problem:(. I called and they said there was no phone number linked to reservation, which was why I could not pull it up:(. After it was added I had no problem pulling it up:). Good luck!
