7. This weekend... make a Thank You card for one of our teacher's (has had 3 of my 5 kids) who retired immediately for health reasons...

Hope that DS really feels better by tonight. Have you tried that Mucinex stuff? I hear it works great for breaking up the chest colds... and on a side note those commercials really get to me...that little drop leaves stuff all over as he walks...gross!!!

And as for your #7...well...sorry buy :lmao: :rotfl: OK, it just sounds so funny the way you worded it (I know your kids aren't that bad) But I'm sure the true situation isn't funny at all, and she will love the card!

OK, having a day today, and perverse humor seems to be part of it... I don't mean to be inappropriate, it's just one of those days...DS16 having teenage temper today, slam front door of car...stomp stomp stomp, get backpack out of car...slam again...stomp stomp stomp into school...and the girl we carpool with was waving, smiling, and saying bye...sheesh...

OK, going off to get the wash on...again, please forgive the humor...

No worries I didn't take it that way..but the way I worded it, it could be my kids fault... actually she has heart issues... since about 4 years ago... lost her DH this past fall..and than had an episode during school (class) and had to be rushed to the hospital... so she has finally admitted she needs to stop and take care of herself... sad thing is DS11 really liked her..and she was the advanced math teacher and the subs have been bad... really bad.. not their fault..but it has become really hard on the kids trying to understand the math when the sub doesn't understand... so I've been re-teaching algebra to him every night...and he is one that likes to get it the first time..and if the sub confuses him he is frazzled... He is a quick study though...so

Oh, so there is where my DD learned the stomp, stomp, slam syndrome... Ok, tell DS the next time she does that I'm calling him to give him the lecture!!!popcorn::

I'll tell him!
Can you believe that they are still thinking he will stay, even if they find a new role or throw more money at them? He has given them 2 years to come up with something, and eh told them they had until the end on 2007 to meet and have a business plan in place. Hello, 2007 came and went. C-YA BYE!
