Today~ I have the day off from my sitting kids... So, I plan to have a me day... have stuff that needs to be done...but I'm taking my time and enjoying the day...

** OOOH! OOH! I get the claim the mean mommy award for the day... all in a matter of minutes... 1. DD14 is mad at me because she didn't get her XC shirt to the laundry so it wasn't ready for today and she had to settle for another one... Uh, I didn't wear the shirt last and I did NOT stuff it into the bag that was stuffed into a drawer! 2. DS12 is mad at me b/c I asked why he was running in and out of the house.. "too watch the highlights" no big deal it just he was literally running in/out of the door.... but I'm the mean mommy because I got them up, made them get ready, made them brush their hair, teeth, eat breakfast and go to school... GO ME!

It's all good at my house...no worries...just involved with family stuff, and didn't get on last night or post this morning...

Today I have to:

Do all the things that didn't get done yesterday because DH was home and messed up my day with his "Honey, can you do this..." Honey can you do that..."

Mornin! Wow, Nancy, claiming the Mean Mommy title already! I feel mean although it was completely accidental- DS3 came in our room last night, no idea why, DH and I didn't hear him. We woke up this morning and he was fast asleep on our floor- hardwood floor! Poor little man.

I still have a ton on my list from yesterday because.... I was driving my mom's car yesterday and wasn't paying attention, hit a curb and put a really deep gash into my mom's tire. I am so grateful it was a curb and not a car or person, but not so happy that I did it. The crazy thing was that the tire never went flat.

So that said....
1- COFFEE done
2- strip bed done
3- loads of laundry washed I think the last load is in!
4- put away laundry already folded possibly done
5- kitchen...sigh one done, loading one
6- clean bedroom done
7- straighten living room getting there
8- get DH to re-hang shelf above washer and dryer nope
9- homework supervisor done
10- remind DH about parent/teacher conference on Monday
11- ask Mom about babysitting during parent/teacher conference on Monday
12- Mom's group reading
13- dinner done
14- put away leftovers from last week's closet cleaning spree some done

Morning ladies. Sounds like some of you have already been busy.

4) copy of house key done but wouldn't you know it doesn't work. I had a "special" nascar key that mom gave us and the guy cut it but it won't work now. great... got to go back.

6) general house work (parents are coming up Thru/Fri so I need to do a little
more than useual just not sure wich I am working on today)

What a waste of a morning I've had- I have been on the phone with verizon for the last 2 hours. I got my bill and it said not to pay they would debit my bank account. Whoa there- I haven't ever said they could debit my account- how did they get my account number? I called and got someone who asked if she could place me on hold to transfer me to another department (billing doesn't deal with automatic payments- silly me. I wait at least 30 minutes for someone to come on. She says that I have been using the debit for months- at least since March- I said I started my accoiunt in July- she said no I have been paying through my account since March (at least). I again say that my account has not been debited ever and they don't have my account information. Lady insists that it is my account and I started in March- I again said no way I didn't have verizon service in March. We continue arguing and I ask about cancelling the automatic payments. She needs the account number- since it isn't mine I don't know it. Cant cancel someone else paying on my bill. Then I ask- I started making payments in July- why aren't those on my bill- they don't know need to transfer me to verizon wireless since I had that account starting in May. What a mess. I finally found out that they wer estill charging the account of the previous pastor for the services I was getting here. They hadn't bothered to tell me about it when services were transfered just like they didn't bother to cancel a different long distance service (or tell me about it) when I added long distance to my local bill.

uugg what a mess. Glad you got it straight. I have gotten into argumetns w/ cable people and internet people when trying to cancel.

rebecca that is just nonsense. how terrible. don't you just love them telling you something that you know is not true! really.
sorry you had such a lousy morning. hope the day got better as it went on.

The day will get better Bible study with the ladies is always fun and my other big thing is to plan my alone day at Disney for Thursday- Frida DH is with me and I will do what he wants but Thursday is my day.
