Oh good, that's what I was hoping! I'd love to send a note to the DLH general manager about the person at the front desk, she was really terrific. I would probably remember the name if I heard it, but that doesn't help me now that we're home. I do know the date and approximate time, and I'm sure the CM would remember the incident if asked.
