At Biergarten ......I tried something new to me

It was the potato and leek soup......some man in front of me told me to try that soup .....it was very creamy looking and Oh GOODNESS.......I loved it and then hubby tried it and three people at our table did too...
Try it even if the name of it turns ya off......

Why would the name turn you off...A leek is nothing but a big green onion.

Oh man how I love this soup, we were just there a few weeks ago and I had 2 bowls! It is great with a pretzel breadstick for dunking too!

It's yummy. Biergarten is where I get my carbs on.

It's a buffet - sounds like pp might not have gotten that?

I guess that is what I meant is that not many people would like an Onion soup mixture with potatoes.....but it was definitely delicious....
