Eeee - so excited you're on here Claire!!!

Which trail are you on? We were on Zebra, and if you need to go to the pool/mara you are quicker to go in the lift to the door on that trail rather than out by Boma/Jiko, especially at busy times!

I am SO jealous - I love AKL so much. You are right, the CMs are wonderful.

We are on the Zebra trail right at the very end, luckily we never mind be furthest away from the lobby.

We had lunch at the Mara yesterday and went the main lobby way, I think I know which way you mean so will try it when we go for drinks soon.

The pool is shut the whole time we are here so we have to go to Kidani to use the pool, however as we are DVC we can pool hop to some of the other resorts.

I am so glad I brought my laptop as up early and DD is watching cartoons.

Lifts down by room 5436 on that map. Definitely quicker if you're on Zebra! Took us a few days to learn that one so I wanted to share the wisdom!!

(We were 2 floors below room 5314, so say hi if you see our door.)

Ooooh sounds like your having a lovely trip! I think the DVC rooms like much nice than the lodge rooms!!!

Went to epcot yesterday and had a fantastic day. It was lovely & sunny and DD got to meet tons of characters. She met Marie who she has been wanting to meet for years, as she was her favourite when she was little. She also enjoyed meeting Alice and Belle who talked to her about books. She didn't like Mary Poppins because " she had a strange voice"

We had an amazing meal at Le Cellier, I had chicken which was lovely and DD had a steak which she said was the best steak she has ever had in a resturant, (not as good as her Daddy's though).

Today we are off to DHS, and hopefully DD will try ToT again.

I don't know if I will be able to get on to ToT, depends on DD. She likes going up and down however is scared of the story and ghost bit.

If you speak to a CM they can probably let you in just as the previous group is leaving so you can walk straight through.

She didn't go on ToT, went on RnR twice though. We are just have a break at the resort as we are going to epcot later which is EMH.
