Assuming Blue card perks are sales incentives

I have always understood the DVC perks as incentives to attract new Direct Purchase. Seeing as DVC is currently not selling, and Riviera is mostly undeclared, and new direct purchases may start off sluggish, does anyone else believe that once Disney begins to reopen (at least the DVC sales office) we are going to start seeing great perks like we haven't seen in years (Ticket, AP discounts, Merch, etc.)

I could possibly see a special discount on tickets, to get DVC members to buy them from WDW vs, a place like UT.
