What's the best (and least expensive) way to get from All Stars Music Resort to Sea World (without a car)?

I think Mears does this for about $12. Just call them and set up a time.

I asked about this once. Never did it, but someone posted, there is a public transportation bus that goes from the TTC to Sea World for a 1.00 a person.
